I have been an artist and professor of art for 40 years.
Having retired from academic life, I now actively continue to work in my studio creating paintings for private collections, public spaces, and paintings for my own enjoyment. My semi-abstract paintings are inspired by the world around me. I enjoy the geometric landscape of rural eastern Nebraska as well as the flowers in our garden and the neighboring grass lands. Recently, have have also been inspired by the time Jane, my wife, and I spend in Arizona's Sonora Desert.
